Global Cyberspace Integration Center
(GCIC)
  • Modernization and Innovation Directorate (MID)
    • Support C4ISR Innovation, experimentation, and transition including collaboration with industry, academia, warfighters, researchers, developers, acquirers, and testers.
    • Support specific innovation and experimentation initiatives including STRATCOM Worldwide Integration Customization (SWIC), Warfighters Edge (WEdge), Unit-level C2 (UC2) integration, and Non-traditional ISR (NTISR) integration
  • Requirements Integration Directorate (RID)
    • Serve as unit-level subject matter expert in defining and fielding next generation Unit-level C2 and AFFOR capabilities to enable "AFFOR C2 Enabling Concept".
    • Operational subject matter expertise in support of the "Personalized Assistant that Learns" (PAL) Concept of Operations development and technology transition.
United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Knowledge Management (KM)
  • Perform data mining and information distribution in support of CDR USFJCOM initiatives
  • Support Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) with stand-up of USJFCOM Knowledge Management (KM) office
  • Serve as interface to collaborate and coordinate with external organizations regarding KM efforts
  • Research, analyze, and make recommendations regarding workflow processes and KM initiative
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Combatant Commands including USSOCOM, USPACOM, USSOUTHCOM, USEUCOM, USNORTHCOM, and USJFCO
Joint Functional Compenent Commander for Global Strike and Integration (JFCC-GSI)
  • Support Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Studies and Analysis
  • Perform liaison function with external organizations to establish a collaborative relationship in developing Concept of Operations and automated exchange mission information
  • Evaluate new, emerging, and innovative C4ISR capabilities, concepts, technologies, and systems.
  • Provide recommendations on the impacts of C4ISR capability integration and/or implementing innovative emerging technologies.
  • Assess mission capabilities and identify gaps between current and future needs.
  • Provide recommendations regarding C4ISR capability integration and/or implementing innovative emerging technologies.
  • Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations to accomplish C4ISR-related capability integration, innovation, experimentation, and transformation.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Combatant Commands including USSOCOM, USPACOM, USSOUTHCOM, USEUCOM, USNORTHCOM, and USJFCOM
United States Strategic Command Capability and Resource Integration Directorate (USSTRATCOM/J8)

Perform operational and technical analysis of future concepts, emerging technologies, and experimentation to support capability integration across Joint Functional Component Commanders (JFCCs) including:

  • JFCC-Global Strike and Integration (JFCC-GSI)
  • JFCC-Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR)
  • JFCC-Space, JFCC-Network Warfare (JFCC-NW)
  • JFCC-Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC-IMD)
  • JFCC-Space (JFCC-S)
  • Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO)
  • Collaborate and coordinate with USJFCOM, ACC, and GCIC
Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence , Surveillance and Reconnaissance

  • Provide analysis and implementation support to DoDIIS Information Technology consolidation efforts.
  • Support DIA Multi-media Message Manager (M3) regional consolidation
  • Support development of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation (i.e. Joint Capabilities Document, Initial Capabilities Document, Capability Development Document, Capability Production Document
Air Combat Command Directorate of Requirements

  • Support the sharing (push/pull - publish/subscribe) of "Tactical Edge" sensor information with appropriate GIG users.
  • Support efforts enabling Joint Airborne Network infrastructure (Objective Gateway) to handle Raptor multi-level security (MLS) data and to gateway Raptor IFDL data into a generic, correlator friendly language, for distribution onto Link 16 and IP.
  • Coordinate / collaborate to ensure F-35 / F-22 connectivity and communication via Objective Gateway
Air Combat CommandAnalyses, Assessments and Lessons Learned Directorate
(ACC/A9)
  • Provide operational and technical expertise in analyzing Lessons Learned.
  • Support identification of people, process, and/or technology improvements to address Lessons Learned.
  • Interface with external organizations including military, industry, and academia.

  • Support identification of C4ISR research, development, and integration opportunities and investment

Air Force Research Laboratory Human Effectiveness Directorate (AFRL/RH)
  • Analyze collaborative environment requirements and facilitate efforts to identify AFRL/HE opportunities to improve USSTRATCOM C2 processes, capabilities, and/or tools
  • Collaborate and facilitate AFRL/HE and USSTRATCOM Information Technology design requirements
  • Identify concepts and demonstration opportunities related to improving Time Sensitive Planning (TSP) work environments and integration of Space information with Global Strike Operations
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA)
  • Operational subject matter expertise in support of the "Personalized Assistant that Learns" (PAL) Concept of Operations development and technology transition.
