Select Innovation is a veteran owned, small business dedicated to improving Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). We leverage a network of contacts and teaming relationships to assist Government and Commercial clients in defining advanced C4ISR-related concepts. Our History

Select Innovation was founded in 2003 by Larry McKee and Charles Welch as a result of their interest in improving C4ISR.  Select Innovation's Headquarters is located in the Tidewater area of Virginia.  The corporate culture encourages creativity, innovation, active participation, and a strong sense of teamwork.
